We always start our coaching engagements out with research. We will attempt to get to know your business as thoroughly, yet efficiently, as possible. This sometimes means YOU getting to know your business, depending on where you are in the business development process.
Our research process involves:
- Your filling out of a series of intake forms where you provide information on every aspect of your acupuncture business. Key here is your articulation of your goals for the coaching engagement.
- Online research to establish your reputation and reach. We’ll also look at your basic website health and your social media presence.
- We like to do a space / practice tour by video during the first Zoom sessions. If bandwidth is an issue, we can also accept a recorded version.
Once we have completed our research, we’ll create a draft plan for your coaching engagement including session frequency and preliminary goals. We’ll go back and forth with you on this draft plan until it feels ideal for all parties. This will represent the “contract” between us and serve as an important boundary as we proceed through the sometimes unpredictable flow of acupuncture business coaching.
