Living Threads

These are questions I’m living into—deep, evolving lines of inquiry that weave together my work in East Asian Medicine, Zen practice, Japanese language, and the art of tending a meaningful life.

Rather than presenting finished takes or definitive essays, I’m sharing reflections and research-in-progress. These writings are part of my ongoing practice: a way to think in public, connect with others, and stay with the questions that matter most.

Each thread below serves as a hub for related posts, notes, and fragments. I’ll update them as the work unfolds.
